Background Information
Pastoralist Education Smart Adaptation Programme, herein after referred as the organization, abbreviated as “PESAP” ,is a Community based organization (CBO) in the Arid and semi arid (ASAL) areas in Northern part of Kenya Marsabit County,SAKU sub county in upper Eastern region. The CBO is duly registered in conforming with legal requirement of the Kenya CBO registration act, the community based organisation branded by it’s key objectives by the name Pastoralists Education Smart Adaptation Programme (PESAP) is an organization that focus on all issues that affect the livelihood of the society in matters of Education and environment It is located amidst a hot and dry weather stricken environment; most natives of the area its located are pastoralist whose lifestyle is sedentary.
